When the Prophet ﷺ returned from Hira trembling, it was Khadijah who reassured and believed him at once, becoming the first Muslim. She stood beside him through the years of persecution.

Authentic Narration
Her passing, close to that of Abu Talib, made that year the Year of Sorrow. The Prophet ﷺ remembered her with love throughout his life.
